A North Carolina newspaper, the Salisbury Post, was victimized by a fradulent freight broker. Cargoland USA copied the entire website of the Salisbury Post, changed the names, titles and phone numbers, and presented themselves as an established freight intermediary. In addition to stealing a newspaper's web site, Cargoland also modified D.O.T. records and assumed the motor carrier number of a long established freight intermediary.
