Distinguished ABL/Factoring veteran joins the team as Executive Vice Presidentr.

George Thorson, an accomplished professional with 28 years experience in commercial financial services, has joined Advance Business Capital as Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer. In his new capacity, George will assume responsibility for all aspects of credit underwriting and portfolio operations.

Prior to joining Advance Business Capital, George served as CEO of Collateral Risk Management, Inc., a national collateral management and consulting firm providing services in the areas of asset based lending, fraud insurance, distribution finance and loan workout. In this capacity, George has consulted with dozens of asset based lenders and factoring companies in the areas of risk management, portfolio evaluation and customer service. Collateral Risk Management provided underwriting services for CollateralShield, a fraud insurance policy designed for factors.
