Marshall - Hal Marshall served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Associates First Capital Corp., where he was widely regarded as the leading innovator of equipment finance solutions for the trucking industry. During Hal's tenure, The Associates financed more trucks, tractors, and trailers than any lender in the market. Mr. Marshall currently serves as Vice Chairman of the American Trucking Associations and on the Board of Directors of Rush Enterprises, Inc.

Edward Wanandi - Ed Wanandi is Chairman and CEO of Trailmobile Corporation, one of the largest truck trailer manufacturing and trailer parts distribution companies in North America. From the introduction of the spring loaded fifth wheel coupler in 1919, to the delivery of the first trailers designated for piggyback use in 1929, to the introduction of panel foam in 1982, Trailmobile has been a leader in innovative ideas for the trucking industry.

Thomas J. Donohue, Jr. - Mr. Donohue is the President and founder of Adelphi Capital, LLC, a Washington, DC based firm providing transaction advisory and strategic consulting solutions to the transportation industry. Mr. Donohue has served as a director on the boards of several companies and organizations, including Overnite Transportation.

Rob Estes - Rob Estes is President of Estes Express, a major regional LTL carrier headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Founded 73 years ago by the Estes family, Estes Express is one of the nation's fastest growing and most reliable (99.6% of all shipments are delivered claim-free) transportation companies in the nation, providing service to thousands of customers through a network of 110 terminal facilities, 4,400 trucks, almost 15,000 trailers, and the support of 9,600 employees.

Robert T.E. Lansing - Rob Lansing is Managing Director for Westminster Funds, a portfolio of real estate investment partnerships for private investors and their foundations since 1996. The six extant Westminster Funds represent $266 million of equity capitalization and own more than seven million square feet of commercial property throughout the United States valued at over $700 million.

David Pasquesi - David Pasquesi currently divides his time between Pasquesi Real Estate Partners, a family owned real estate portfolio and Pasquesi Plumbing, a family owned business started by David's parents in 1976. Prior to joining his family's businesses, David was an Assistant State's Attorney in Lake County, IL.

Other founding members include the former President of the American Trucking Associations, the founder of a major truckload carrier, as well as the former U.S. Secretary of Transportation.
